At Corevia we take network and service integrity seriously. We provide hosting and related IT services in cooperation with trusted infrastructure partners. While we do not actively monitor or filter customer content, we do have a clear process to handle abuse notifications in a timely and responsible way.
Reporting Abuse
If you believe that services delivered through Corevia are being misused (for example: spam, phishing, malware, copyright or trademark infringement, or other unlawful activity), please report it to:
To help us investigate efficiently, please include:
- A description of the suspected abuse and why it is unlawful or harmful.
- Technical details such as IP address, domain, and log files with exact date/time.
- Your contact information (name, company if applicable, email address).
- If intellectual property is involved: proof of ownership or registration details.
Process
All abuse notifications are reviewed by our team. When valid, appropriate measures are taken, which may include warning the customer, restricting services, or escalating the case to our infrastructure partners or competent authorities. We aim to respond within 2 working days, prioritizing urgent cases where needed.

- Anonymous or incomplete reports may not be processed.
- Please attempt to contact the content owner directly when possible.
- Corevia is not responsible for customer content, but we cooperate fully to resolve confirmed abuse cases.
