Terms of Service – Corevia Networks, LLC (trading as Dashcore)

1. General

By ordering or using any service from Corevia, you agree to these Terms of Service. Services are provided as-is and subject to availability.

2. Services

Corevia provides hosting, networking, and related IT services. Unless otherwise stated, all services are unmanaged. The customer is responsible for proper use and configuration.

3. Orders and Payments

  • Services are activated after payment is received.
  • All payments are billed in advance and are non-refundable unless required by law.
  • The customer is responsible for ensuring billing information is correct and up to date.

4. Acceptable Use

The customer agrees not to use services for:

  • Illegal activities under local or international law,
  • Sending spam or abusive traffic,
  • Hosting unlawful or copyrighted content without rights,
  • Launching attacks or activities that may harm networks or third parties.

Violation of this policy may result in suspension or termination of the service without refund.

5. Termination and Cancellation

  • Services renew automatically unless canceled at least 7 days before the next billing date.
  • Corevia may suspend or terminate services immediately for non-payment or breach of these Terms.

6. Liability

  • Services are provided without warranties of any kind.
  • Corevia is not liable for indirect damages, loss of profit, or data loss.
  • Liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in the last 30 days.

7. Privacy

Customers are responsible for their own data and backups. Corevia processes customer information in accordance with applicable privacy laws.

8. Changes

Corevia reserves the right to update these Terms of Service. Updates will be communicated at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use of the service implies acceptance.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Corevia Networks, LLC is legally registered.
